You will see a different Raider team this time, Deckert will be better. Not sure why they are not dropping the gloves more.

palazzo was prob benched from his prior performances. dowhay wanted to fit in some younger guys and i think they showed alot more than dowhay and elder is just simply to slow. this was our best lineup of the year

Watched the game on the webcast and i thought P.A had trouble keeping up with the tigers speed. Deckert played an awesome game, the only 3 goals he allowed were perfect shots. He should take that point the raiders got and put it with his own stats  lol

I say discipline and bad reffing had a big part aswell. 11 PP's to 3 was way too uneven and it should have been way closer then that. Especially the final seconds of the 3rd when Hellyer was being held by the Tiger that was laying on the ice right in front of the ref.

yeah i have to agree with that Hellyer was held down not just with one hand he was held down with two hands the ref right in front. I don't know how they let agar in the building last time he was here he had to be escorted out after his missed call on the fritshaw trip behind the net in the playoffs.

Sounds like the flu bug is going around them team. Anholt talked about it in the post game on 900 CKBI.

i thought that, considering the young line up, the guys did a pretty good job keeping up with the Tigers speed. Deckert rebounded with a great game, and saved our ass in this one to get an OTL point. good to see robertson and gross play. where is the physical play this year? other than that huge beauty of a hit form gauthier, vann was the only one hitting out there, congrats to him for his first WHL point, good job on the pinch. Did we really deserve all those penalties, i think the tigers got away with a few calls especially on hellyer. all in all i think that was a very good efort against a good team that has a lot more depth, and expeience in their line up.

Gauthier and Depape both have a bad flu. Give them credit. They toughed it out and played well. Ryan didn't play much because of only 3 pp in the game but Mike had a solid game.

I think Tendler played fantastic last game, Deckert too played very good. I was also impressed with Zeliska getting up and played his next shift after taking that huge hit.

Not sure where the hitting has gone in the Raiders play. I counted 3 good hits by the Raiders and thats it. We need to start hitting and keep out of the penalty box. Medicine Hat deserved more than 3 penalties compared to our 11.
