Fans' access to protected players lists. Can we view them?

Forgive my ignorance, but are fans/general public privy to protected players lists for the teams in the Dub?
If not, forget I asked. ;)
If so, how do we go about viewing them?

The only team I know of that makes it public information is Tri City. The rest of the teams keep it need to know. The players are informed when they are moved on and off the lists but fans are not informed about the current lists in general.
