I highly Doubt this trade. Why would we trade 2 active roster players for 1 player who has already been deleted from Seattle, and 1 regular center????Plus, a D-man and RW, for two Centers?? We have no need for 2 more centers. That would give us 5. If anything, we could pick up 19 year old Durand, but not for a Roster player, IMO.

The Blades should convince Pess into reporting before making this trade. He has been seen in Fort Saskatchewan and the only reason he hasn't played for the Traders yet is that Seattle hasn't released him yet. I doubt anybody but the Rebels could convince him to return.

Yes, I read that Pess left Seattle, because he wanted to play closer to his home, so Red Deer would probably be the only team that he would play for in the Dub.

Although Kyle would like to play in his home town (Red Deer), I don't think its the only place. Secondly, RDR just filled their last 20 yr. old spot and its not likely that it will change unless they trade 20's, and that has some merit.

i can see the blades dealing a defenceman down the line, once zahn's health is fully determined. there is going to be a log jam back there especially if berg elliot and dishko are expected to challenge for spots next season.

For starters Pess did not even report to the Canes,and those two(Pess and Durand) were split up and now can not be packaged together,and I do not think that trading Macaulay is good thing to do. So use common sense and do not post a trade unless it is confirmed with a reliable link and article.
