As far as I'm concerned, Ref. Graham Skillitier is as close to Chris Savage and Ryan Thompsom as they come. He's still wet behind the ears, and really has no business being in the WHL. With a wrong call, a ref. can murk up a team's entire game, and Skillitier sure did, when the first Moose Jaw goal hit the post and he waved it off...was standing right there, and then they got together and called it a goal anyway. Why in the heck do we have a 2-man system, and if Skillitier was right there and waved it off, WHY DO THEY TAKE IT ANY FURTHER?
And why do some refs. never converse with the other refs after a call, yet others converse every time, and the end result has both benches red hot mad?
WHAT IN THE WORLD IS OUR OFFICIATING GETTING TO IN THIS LEAGUE? Personally, I think the WHL is famous for this now. I know for a fact, that everybody in the other CHL leagues knows it....what's going on, and when will it change??!!??!!??!!??!! Can anybody tell me??!!??
