Mueller Named HUSKY WHL Player of the Month for November

Calgary, AB - The Western Hockey League today announced that Peter Mueller of the Everett Silvertips has been named the HUSKY WHL Player of the Month for November.

Mueller, an 18-year-old product of Bloomington, MN, recorded four goals and 21 assists for 25 points in 12 games in the month of November, leading the Silvertips to an 11-1 record in that span.

Mueller recorded points in 10 of the Silvertips' 12 games in the month of November, including registering seven multiple-point outings. He recorded a career-best five assists on November 25th in a 5-3 victory over the Tri-City Americans.

Mueller, who was selected by the Phoenix Coyotes with the eighth overall pick in the 2006 NHL Draft, also recorded three power play goals and one game-winning goal in November. Mueller currently leads all WHL players in assists, and ranks third in the WHL in points.

His accomplishments make Peter Mueller a deserving choice as the HUSKY WHL Player of the Month for November.
