Heard that Vancouver is thinking about picking up Thelen. This could happen soon if they lose Irving and Franson to the World Junior team. P.A is hoping for Lance Bouma in return. Bouma is a 16 year old forward from Provost, Alta.

Nope. I can't see Mikkelson making the team this year. However I think Franson and Leland Irving may be going overseas.

I cant see the Giants giving up a 16yr old like Bouma for a 1/2 season rental d-man in Thelen, just doesnt make sense.

Well I can't imagine the Giants keeping many of there 16 year olds around for the season. I think they will have to make some big moves to win the Cup.

Of those 3, there is usually at least 1 healthy scratch, sometimes 2

All 3 of them are capable of playing at this level, they have already shown that

I aint no GM but I think Thelen would have been a better pick as a 20 year old d man to the Silvertips rather than Zerituk. As a hockey fan I would have loved to see Thoring and Brady Calla come to P.A. ! Good trade by the Warriors.

Im just saying I would rather have A.J. Thelen on my team as a 20 year old d men then Jesse Zerituk. And like I said I aint no gm so i dont know what there are thinking. But thanks for the comment!

why trade for the sake of trading, you have no idea what is going on with everett or vancouver maybe some deals were on the works and stuck on one player.
everett doesnt have a good puck moving pp q-back with a good shot. and they are set looking to make a run.
vancouver has a overage spot. memorial cup host's could be buyers as its their year this year. thats why i said they were the 2 most likely scenario's
