At least, according to the voice message I just got from the team reminding me of Sundays game.

Wonder what "sell out" means in this context. Just the 100-200 level (16,000 fans), or the entire building? (19,289).

Would be kinda cool to take down two league records at once - most bears, and highest single game attendance.

I believe they said on Fan960 after tonights game that over 15,000 tickets have been sold

According to the Flames ticket booth, all they have right now is scattered singles in the lower bowl. Closest pair in the second bowl according to ticketmaster is in row 10, and they have opened the 300s.

Depending on what they do with the entertainment (ie, the band that took up half of section 105 last year), there is an outside chance we could break the attendance record.

We should get 20,000 teddy bears. Wonder how many 1/2 tons will be needed this year ?

Dunno about 20,000 bears, but at 16,000 tickets sold, 15,000 bears will be easy.

Last year we had 13,650 bears thrown from a crowd of 14,662.

Ryan White has just scored a shorthanded goal with just over 5 minutes left in the first and the teddies are flyin in the dome!

I believe they said 15,540 bears tossed on the ice today. A new record.

Hitmen win 4-0!

16,340 in attendance, I believe. An official sellout, though not a complete sellout.

Good game too. Spence made several saves he had no buisness stopping.

Some of my friends were disappointing that where were no fights, and no big body checks/hits.

But it was nice that contestants for the recliner all decided they were to donate the prize, regardless of whom won it.
