Broncos Lose to Warriors
DEC 9 - Despite being backed by another sold out Pizza Hut Fan Bus, the Broncos couldn't pull out a victory last night and have now lost to Moose Jaw 3 times in a row.

Swift Current, despite tying a season high 39 shots in the game, couldn’t find their offense as the Warriors walked away with a 5-2 win. Brady Leavold scored both of the Broncos goals while Matt Isbister, Riley Holzapfel (2), Jason Reese, and Jesse Zetariuk all added goals for Moose Jaw. The Broncos finished the game 1 for 6 on the power play while Moose Jaw went 2 for 7. Kyle Moir was in net for the Broncos and stopped 28 of 33 Moose Jaw shots while Joey Perricone was strong for the Warriors, stopping 37 of Moose Jaw’s 39.
The Broncos now travel to Brandon tonight, who they've beat both times that the two teams have met this season. The Broncos defeated the Wheat Kings last Saturday 6-4 in Swift Current on Teddy Bear Toss Night and also defeated the Wheaties 4-2 on November 15th, also in Speedy Creek. With a victory tonight, the Broncos would pull to within 2 points of 1st place Brandon. Tonight's game begins at 7:30pm and fans can listen to it on their radios on the Eagle 94.1 or via the internet. The game can also be watched using the WHL's live internet broadcasting.
