Well the first period started out a little wierd, both goalie's let in thier first shot of the game and let in 2 goals after 4 shots. Out of the 6 goals that were scored in the first 3-4-5 probably should have been stopped. Keetley had an off game. Other than a period of ten minutes in the first I thought the tigers played really well and took control the rest of the way.
Kelowna looks a couple years away from making some noise, alot of 16, and 17 yr olds. There was a bunch of just missing the pass, caughing the puck up in thier own end, and letting the puck slip by thier sticks, characteristics of a young team. Westbloom looked like he didnt get too much help out there either.
During the 3rd it looked like kelowna stopped playing, and the tigers were able to run around thier zone
Neigum our call-up looked pretty good for the limited amount of ice he got. Hit everything he saw, and stayed in position well. I hope we get to see him on saturday again. Our future has some talented young guns.
Oh and shayne brown scored his first of the year. A wicked one timer that went top shelf.
