Ticket Exchange Options

A number of season ticket holders were unhappy with the very limited "ticket exchange" options for missed games last season, so it would appear the Royals have addressed that for this campaign:

Victoria, BC – The Victoria Royals are proud to announce the return of the Never Wasted Ticket policy for the upcoming 2012-13 WHL regular season.

The Never Wasted Ticket policy allows all Royals Season Ticket Holders to exchange up to four unused tickets from previously missed games for additional tickets to any upcoming home game, based on availability. The return of this policy will ensure that Season Ticket Holders will get maximum value and flexibility from their tickets while ensuring no season ticket goes unused.

“It’s important to recognize the busy schedules that our fans keep,” Royals’ Director of Ticketing Devin Mazur said. “We hope these additions to our ticket exchange policy provide increased flexibility and value to our fantastic season ticket holders.”

A limited number of choice seats in the corner and Club sections (for Club seat holders) of the Save-On-Foods Memorial Centre will be held at every Royals home game for Season Ticket Holders wishing to exchange unused tickets. Season Ticket Holders can exchange up to four unused tickets per game for tickets in these sections. Tickets must be exchanged in-person at the Select Your Tickets Box Office at least one day in advance of the game being exchanged for, subject to availability. In addition to the Never Wasted Ticket policy the Royals will continue to offer rain check nights throughout the season. Rain check nights allow Season Ticket Holders to exchange an unlimited number of unused tickets for those games, subject to availability.
