Players who were steady or improved throughout all of last season.
Players returning this fall that improved their pts/game throughout last season for the first 29 games, the slump 25 games, and the last 18 games were:
Genarro (broke out of the 1/3 season slump that they were caught in the previous year)
Vanstone (broke out of the 1/3 season slump that they were caught in the previous year)
Riddle
...with honourable mention to Montgomery who fell off by only 0.034pts/gm during the 25 game drought but then tripled his production for the last 18 games.
In addition, Stransky was an extremely steady rookie last year going 0.600, 0.524, and 0.667...while most of the team was slumping Stransk's pace fell by only 3/4 of a point every 10 games from his first 29 game level.
Hard working kids like these are the key to preventing the 1/3 season slump next year.
