Calgary, AB - With the Wheat Kings 5-1 win tonight against the visiting Prince Albert Raiders, Brandon has advanced to the WHL Championship Series (presented by Kal Tire and Air Canada) and will travel to Kelowna to play the Western Confernce Champion Rockets. The Series format will be a 2-3-2 Affair.

The entire WHL Championship series will be televised live on Shaw TV throughout Western Canada. The series will also be broadcast in the Portland area on Comcast 14. The series
begins Friday, May 6th in Kelowna. Game Time is 7:00 PM PDT.
