Joe Caligiuri & Del Cowan

The Manitoba Bisons Mens Hockey team continued to bring over former Wheat Kings into their program by recently recruiting Del Cowan & Joe Caligiuri. Personally, I think this is a real big pick up for the Bisons team as I was actually expecting Del to get a PTO. The Bisons would be a fun team to watch as many of the players people from Brandon would be very familiar with. Besides the local boys on the club as well as the several former WHL players on the roster the team, including Caligiuri & Cowan the Bisons now have 6 players that are former Wheat Kings. Chad Erb, Brandon Lockerby, Stephane Lenoski & Tyler Dittmer are the others. No wonder this team is always so good, they do an unbelivable job at recruiting and always seem to have a significant of solid former WHL players.
