PRINCE GEORGE, BC- The Prince George Cougars have acquired 19 year old LW Morgan MacLean from the Everett Silvertips.
MacLean, a 6’0”, 175 lbs. product of Grand Prairie, AB, skated in 52 games with the Grand Prairie Storm of the AJHL last season, registering 17 goals, 16 assists, 33 points, and 73 PIM. This season, MacLean has suited up in 4 games with the Everett Silvertips, recording 1 assist.
MacLean will join the Cougars on the road as they prepare for their Eastern road swing.
Well, just in case fans are wondering about him he played in Brandon for a few games a few years back. Don't expect big things from him, at all. 4th liner.
For a guy who took 3 full years to finally crack a job with a Major Junior team, it must be a huge relief to get his first goal in just his 2nd game in P.G.Quote:

The Cougars need all the help they can get. Offence is desperately needed...period! Never look a gift horse in the mouth. :D
