Carter Ashton acquired

Tri-City Americans Governor/General Manager Bob Tory announced today that the team has acquired 19-year-old forward Carter Ashton and a 3rd round pick in the 2012 Bantam Draft from the Regina Pats in exchange for 18-year-old forward Tanner Olstad (8th round pick in the 2007 Bantam Draft), 17-year-old forward Nils Moser (2nd round pick in the 2008 Bantam Draft), a 1st round pick in this year’s bantam draft as well as 2nd and 5th round picks in the 2012 draft.
