Agreed, Klotz did show signs of improvement throught the year in his play, but when you only get 2-3 shifts a game, it is hard to really tell the improvements. As for fighting yes, he has proved himself to be in the top. I would say Menei for sure would have got it, just look at his record the past years, and he wasn't even planning on making the team this year. His abilities have greatly improved since last year, But they might be just looking at the improvement from the beginning to end of this season, which would put Klotz in there(being as he was a crap player to begin with, now is half decent), because every other player has played pretty much the same all year, each having their ups and downs, but overall good.
very strange pick imo as well. How about Ward, Menei, Cole, Mccrae, Macauley, a few of those guys didn't show great improvement but more than Klotz IMO. Macangus was the shoe in here if he wasn't traded.
