    Default No Real Limit

    Hockey Canada has a limit but the CHL is not obligated to follow it. The limit per Hockey Canada for 2006-2007 (this season) and 2007-2008 (next season) is four per team (Regulation F, Paragraph 51d). Here is a list of 16s in the Western Conference.

    Chilliwack - 2
    Kamloops - 4
    Kelowna - 5
    Prince George - 1
    Vancouver - 3

    Everett - 3
    Portland - 7
    Seattle - 4
    Spokane - 3
    Tri-Cities - 3
