What a joke this company is! Since they took over from ticketmaster, I've had nothing but trouble. I've been trying to call about my WJHC tickets, they put me on hold for twenty minutes and then the call get's transfered to their Victoria office. Victoria then says they can't answer any questions for me because they don't deal with Kelowna issues. This has happened 4 times already, twice today and twice friday, and I can't get through to the Kelowna office!!! ARRRGGHHHH!!! :burningma

It would be nice of them to hire a few more people to answer calls! And they NEVER respond to emails! :burningma

I would go down there, park right in front you don't have to pay for parking and talk to them. I thought the service has been better since they got rid of ticketmaster IMO. I order concert tickets and these people are better to deal with, ticketmaster would take weeks and sometimes months to get the tickets out.
