    Default How did the rooks look

    Any insight in how the rooks looked and play over the weekend? Anyone stand out?

    In my opinion, Shinniman, Wilgosh and Hughesman looked good. Gardiner tended to fade in and out. Jaden Schwartz is the real deal and would be a great addition if they are able to get him to commit to the Ams. Brooks Macek had a good camp too, I thought. Jorden Messier didn't get a lot of ice time, but when he was on the ice you can tell he is very skilled, and not even at 100%.

    On the defensive end, Jason Nash looked very good. He plays very similar to Fast.
