Cody Hanson to Regina

Former 1st round Bantam selection Cody Hanson was dealt by Seattle today, in exchange they received a conditional draft pick VIA Regina.

Hanson was taken with the 16th overall pick in the 2005 bantam draft. He is returning to the city where he played his minor hockey if the opportunity presents itself Hanson could be an impact player, he does have the potential.

He simply has not performed well enough to crack the T-Birds lineup for the last two years. It's frustrating when these high of bantam picks don't make an impact for your team. Hopefully he gets the opportunity he needs to be successful in Regina.
