Resting players?

How many teams will rest healthy players over the last weekend? This may affect my game predictions!! Is there a rule against teams doing this?

As far as I kow there is no rule against resting players.

Teams can dress whomever they want as long as they are on the list of active players on their team.

If a team wants to they can also dress any affiliate players they have on their 50 protected list. If a playoff spot is wrapped up, and can't change win or lose, then they could choose to dress an affiliate or two and rest some top players. Its up to the coaches.
