Doesn't the Mac's tournament usually have like 64 teams? This list is about 15 or so??

Cost is an issue apparently. The rise in value of the Canadian dollar has made it more expensive for European and U.S. teams to come long distances for tournaments here and so they are forced to stay home for budgetary reasons.
