Wudrick scored a pair of goals in the 2nd frame, while Dale Weise and Michael Wilson tallied in the 3rd period to complete the scoring…Rookie goaltender Mark Guggenberger stopped 26 of 29 shots to pick up his 2nd straight win as a Bronco...The Broncos finished 2 for 3 on the man advantage, while the Blades went 0 for 3.

    NUMBERS: Geordie Wudrick recorded 4 points against the Blades to extend his point streak to 6 games. During that period Wudrick has recorded 6 goals and 3 assists…Bretton Stamler tallied a goal and 2 assists last night.     SPECIAL TEAMS: The Broncos power play is tied for 13th in the WHL and is currently operating at 18.3%…The team has scored 53 power play goals on 289 attempts…David Stieler and Dale Weise have 10 power play goals apiece to lead the Broncos, while Eric Doyle has17 power play assists…On the penalty kill, the Broncos are 13th in the WHL with an 81.5% efficiency rating…The Broncos have not allowed a powerplay goal in 19 chances over 3 straight games.

    I think tonight's contest with the Blades is critical if the Bronco's are to move up in the standings. Their play has been strong of late but they can't take their foot off the pedal now.

    You should win at home tonight against the youngest team in the league, last night we had no 19 year olds and 5, 16 year olds in our lineup.
