In round 2 it goes by 1st in pts vs. 4th in pts, and 2nd in pts s. 3r din pts. Now what happens if two teams were tied in pts and tied in wins? Who gets the higher seed, how is it determined after wins? Most GF? Season Series? Anyone know?

Total wins, then head to head matchups.

If they are still tied I think they go to goal differential.

They already have the Conference rankings figured out just go to the WHL main site goto to standings and then set it up, to look at 04-05 season and Conference.

What Beaner said. So, if Medicine Hat and Brandon both go through, Medicine Hat would re-seed #1 in the east as they had the better head-to-head record.
