    Default Scoring plays

Recap of the first scrimmage. This is all taken from Nick Patterson... who is Live Blogging: http://www.heraldnet.com/section/BLOG12

RED scores the opening goal. James Robinson strips Tye Hand and scores 5-hole. RED 1-0.

Crunching hit by RED's Nathan Wisniewski.

With one second left we've got a tripping penalty on BLUE. Anthony Conti converts the penalty shot with a move to the backhand, and the buzzer sounds. RED ends the first half up 2-0.

Geordie Maguire is stoned, but Kohl Bauml is first to the rebound and puts it in the top corner as BLUE cuts the deficit to 2-1.

And we've got a fight. Well, not much of one as Hand and Michael Bell shoved, then dropped the gloves, but they weren't given much of a chance to get going.

Chynoweth snaps it in from close range after a nice feed from behind the net. Didn't catch who had the pass. RED now leads 3-1.

Ryan McDonald scores off the rush for BLUE, which is back within one a 3-2.

RED scores again. I think it was Bell cleaning up the rebound on a Chynoweth shot, but don't quote me on that. RED 4-2.

Parker with a great stretching save to deny McDonald.

Penalty on RED, so Matt Cox is getting a penalty shot for BLUE. And he scores 5-hole to make it 4-3. 2:54 remaining for BLUE to complete the comeback.

Loose puck comes to Kohl Bauml in the slot, and he roofs the shot. BLUE ties it up at 4-4.

1:36 remaining. I don't know if they're going to have a shootout if it ends tied.

Chynoweth spins and scores from the slot with 26 seconds remaining to give RED a 5-4 lead.

RED's Ryan Chynoweth was a definite standout, as he should be given he was Everett's top pick in this year's bantam draft.
