Still surprised they took Daae off their list completely. He's only 17 and could be a good call up if they ran in to injuries and could make the team again next year. If I were the Blades I'd put him back on their list before someone else does.

Austin Daae is back listed for the Blades. Good news as he could be an impact player if injury occurs or next year. A 7 point game last game and 2 pts per game again in the SMAAAHL. He likely would be leading the league in scoring if he played the full year.

Austin Daae has 9-9-18 in his last 6 games played with Moose Jaw.

Well, he had to beat out either Alex Elliott or 16 yr old Levi Bews for the final position. I'm not sure why he didn't stick or why Lorne sent him back down but I think Elliott provides a hard fore-checking presence and Austin Daae is more of a Top 6 or atleast Top 9 type forward. That was something he wasn't going to be able to be this year on a very deep Saskatoon team.

Glad to see he's back on the list, the guy has shown to me that he can play in the league now as a third or forth line guy. I'm pretty sure he'll be on the team next year with guys like Viedensky, Schenn and Hamilton gone.

I really liked what I seen from Daae early this year. I thought he had the most offensive potential of any of the young guys but I agree that he probably only would have fit in on the top 2 lines. I still think this guy could definetly make and help this team next year. We are lucky no one scooped him up! I would like to see him get a few games in this year.

Very gald to see Austin back on the list. from what i have seen from Bews this year i think Austin would have done just as well or better. The games he was in i think the effort level was there for sure. Keep up the good work Austin hope to see you play here next year.
