Mike Williamson better figure out how to get this team to play some defense. 5 goals against in the first game another 37 shots and 6 goals allowed last night. Even though it was a high scoring game with lots of chances both ways the Hitmen had the 2nd best goaltender on the ice. Both Snider and Glover need to be better.

Offensively the Hitmen were led by Justin Kirsch. Kirsch scored his first 2 goals of the season last night. Victor Rask scored his first goal and his first 2 points in the WHL. Russian import scored his 2nd of the season and it sounded like he had several more chances to score.
