Only three guys from the club at the AB Cup yesterday, Robson, Kabyama and Klinkhammer, maybe more to come over the weekend, but the games are half over by this afternoon. I overheard (okay I was eaves dropping) the Med Hat guys talking and they had 12 guys there.

    Default Shattocks listed players

What are the possibilities of Willie Raskob and this Chase Phelps kids playing for the Canes? Are they even listed still? List is down to 40 in preparation of the upcoming draft.

Could the roster look incredibly different from this spring to next fall? I'm starting to think Robson is going to make plenty of changes.

Heard today Johnny Houge got released, he also no longer has "Hurricanes Prosoect" on his twitter, thats tough to figure out. Looks like Boes and Tai for next year and no local prospects at all.

Robson mentioned awhile ago that Phelps is supposed to be coming...at least to camp.

What are you talking about???!!! Pretty sure the team isn't going to give up on a the local kid who practiced pretty much every week with the team last season. It was well documented that he would come in a few times a week so that he practiced and gave Ty Rimmer rest. Why give up on him now?
As for your comment on his Twitter ... this is what his twitter says right now.

    Jonny Hogue
    @jonnyhogue

Tendy, signed with the @WHLHurricanes / Represented by @TPSportsMgmt / If you can stop one shot, you can stop em' all...

Good, comments from Pat S say likewise to. You just never know with this organization sometimes.

    Default 50 player protected list

The Scouting News has posted these lists for each team, not too much here and the site won't allow copy and pasting. Hogue is still listed as was confirmed earlier, some other interesting players.

    Sam Lawson, 20 yr old
    http://www.hockeydb.com/ihdb/stats/p...php?pid=132080

    Willie Raskob, 18 + Chase Phelps, 17

    Braxton Bilous, 19 (great name)
    http://www.hockeydb.com/ihdb/stats/p...php?pid=139399

    Couple of other goalies
Joey Desrosiers, 17 and Ryan Ferguson, 18

And both of the Blomqvist boys, one will have to be released before the Euro draft. As well RNH is still listed with the Red Deer Rebels, I guess covering the butts should for some reason he get sent back? Seems like a waste of a spot to me. I'd be happy to answer any questions about the lists.
