Houck isn't the guy. I have no problem with Sward but I prefer Geertsen. That being said, the players did vote for Sward.

I know Houck isn't the guy, but the thing is that HE thinks he's the guy.

I personally find him to be more of a disturbance in the room, sowing division amongst the players, than a unifier. Now if only we can get him to believe that.

I agree that other than Sward, who I personally have a soft spot for and really wish he would take it to the next level (as I really think he is capable), is Geertsen. I don't know how he is in the room, but on the ice he's really finding all of his game and it's really fun to watch.
