    Default compare

Well do you think Vancouver will be better than Blades? Regulars gone from last year include:

-Johnny Wesley- 97. which is understandable because D man Skeotch, forward Ronning and recently aquired forward Morrison (from PG) take up the 20 spots...that leaves Flaman as the only other 20 in camp and most likely on the outs.
-Josh Bruce (98)-Powell River Kings BCHL

-Bartek Bison (98)-released in order to pick Yannek Valenti in the import draft.

    -Taden Rattie (98)

    -Ryan Jones (98)

    -Jordan Bortsmayer (98)

    -Johnny Wesley (97)

    -Tyler Brown (97)

    -Ty Comrie (97)

    -Jordan Wharrie (97)-Nanaimo BCHL

So there is one proven wrong..

    Lets compare Kelowna to Blades
Forwards: Shmyr, Patterson, Wouters,Christianson, Dach Kelowna has Lind, Twarnski, Dube, toppings
Defence: Fiala, Hajek, Rubenchuk Kelowna has: Foote, Foote
Goalie: Flodell Kelowna has: nothing !!!

Blades are better if not even

    so then compare Red Deer
Forwards: Shmyr, Patterson, Wouters, Dach Red Deer has: Pawlenchuk, Zablocki, McCarty, Hagel
Defence: Fiala, Hajek, Rubenchuk Red Deer has: Freadrich, alexiev
Goalie: Flodell Red Deer has: Lamb not even close to Flodell

Again Blades are as better if not as good

Carson Sass didn't get drafted, because NHL teams aren't really looking for puck-moving defensemen that can't play defense. Don't get me wrong, it isn't like he doesn't bring anything to the team, he is just too one-dimensional to ever play pro hockey. I personally would be pretty shocked if both Sass and Herauf are still on the team beyond the trade deadline--I think that one of them will be moved to get both them, and another defenseman on the team a chance to play. I Also think he may be pumping Byron Fancy's tires a bit too much. He is highly-touted for sure, but didn't look any better or worse than any of the other 16 year old hopefuls in any of the Rebel Camps he attended.
