    Default Jonathan Sigalet

    Whats the news around Portland? I see he gave up his last two years at Bowling Green to sign with Boston Bruins. Now that he has signed a pro contract and can't play NCAA because of this, what are the chances or rumors around Portland of him reporting? He is on your protected list and what a boost this would be for you guys. Any word from the media?

    No real rumors yet, just a lot of crossed fingers. I think if he isn’t ready for the NHL and doesn’t end up in Providence he could very well be wearing a Hawks jersey this year. Sigalet would be a great addition to an already solid winterhawks defensive core.
