    Default Congratulations to ex-Rebel goalie Cam Ward

    Cam made his NHL debut last night, replacing an injured Martin Gerber at the start of the 3rd period of a 5-2 loss to Tampa Bay. Thanks to the Gerber injury(no truth to the rumor that it came from eating baby food ), Cam will get his first NHL start when he faces Mario Lemieux, Sidney Crosby, Ziggy Palffy, Sergei Gonchar, and the rest of the Pittsburgh Penguins tomorrow night.

    yyyyyyyyyaaaaaaaayyyyyy....thats great news...i am a HUGE fan of Cam imo he could very well be the #1 goalie for the hurricanes
