    The Manitoba AAA Midget Hockey League Offensive Player of the Week is Brandon Lockerby of the Brandon AAA Wheat Kings.

    Lockerby, a seventh round pick of the Western Hockey League's Wheat Kings in the 2003 bantam draft, had a strong week picking up six points in two Brandon victories.

    After notching three goals and four points in a win over the Central Plains Capitals, he scored two more goals against the Interlake Lightning.

    The 5'11" 170 lb Douglas, Manitoba product is currently among the league scoring leaders with fourteen goals.

    Brandon is the sole remaining player from the National Champions of 2003-04.
