KAMLOOPS, BC - Hockey Hall of Famer John Bucyk will be on hand to make a rare appearance at Sport Mart Place for tomorrow night's Blazers-Chiefs game.

Bucyk, who played 23 seasons in the NHL with Detroit and Boston between 1955 and 1978, will be available to sign autographs as he assists Canada Post in promoting their latest series of Hockey Heroes stamps. Bucyk is featured on one of those stamps and will be signing autographs before the game and in the first and second intermissions on the Sport Mart Place concourse.

Bucyk played in 1540 NHL games, scoring 556 goals and 1369 points, winning Stanley Cups with the Bruins in 1970 and 1972. He was elected to the Hockey Hall of Fame in 1981.
