    Currently:
Crowley (0), Rumsey (0), Wilson (3), Postma (2), Benke (0), LaRochelle (0) and the team leader Lloyd (5) have 10 goals.

    Factor in these guys:
Price (0), Hengen (4) and Schulz (3) had 7 total before being traded.

If I'm not mistaken that equals 17 goals. Not many at all. Considering Paul Albers himself has 17 for Vancouver. Point leader for Broncos D is Crowley with 18 PTS (9 with S.C and 9 with SAS). Otherwise the leader is Lloyd with 16 PTS. Not much production from the D at all. Hmmm... coaching a factor?

So I would have to agree with the lack of scoring by the D.

When Tidball only sees limited ice time each game, I find it hard to say that Tidball is the toughest. Being tough doesn't automatically imply best fighter. Two seperate concepts in my opinion. Being tough to me implies being tough in the corners, being tough in front of the net (offensively or defensively), and in some situations sticking up for teamates. Tidball is a fighter, he has no skill in the corners, his game isn't based on situating himself in front of the net for a screen or a tip or something along those lines...When Tidball gets on the ice, he has one goal, one objective...heck he may as well not even put on his gloves because they're coming off anyways if he had his way. I say all this but the last few games he's contributing more than his fighting, he's contributing with some offensive too. I like the idea of putting Tidball with Nelson and Bortis or Ned, some combination of Tidball with two of them would free up some space because as soon as someone lays a hand on either of them, Tidball is there.

As well, I would have said Crowley as top d mean but he's only been here since the trade deadline, that's why I didn't list him as top d man. Rumsey and Crowley are two solid d man on our team to go along with Benke, RJ, and Postma.
