Saving Goals - Saving Lives Campaign Completed

The Swift Current Broncos and National Oilwell, along with goaltender Kyle Moir teamed up this season to create the National Oilwell Saving Goals - Saving Lives Campaign. For every save that Kyle Moir made in the 2005/06 season, National Oilwell donated $1 to the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation.


In 65 appearances, Moir made a total of 1,892 saves this season, meaning $1,892 has been donated to the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation.

A special cheque presentation was made at the Broncos final playoff home game on March 29th, 2006. The Broncos would like to thank National Oilwell for their support of Kyle Moir and the Saving Goals - Saving Lives Campaign this season.

Awesome job Kyle and National Oilwell, as someone who has a friend that's already lived past the life expectancy of someone with CF, I obviously think it's a wonderful cause and thank you both immensely.
