I can't believe how well this team drafts. Helm, Russell, Bosch and Brown all drafted in the 8th round or later. Helm and Russell, well we all know the story there. Bosch and Brown have both had big impacts on this team. Bosch, well 'toon can tell you what he did in the playoffs. And Brown was huge when Barker was out. Huge for a guy of his experience. Many teams don't draft that well in the first round, let alone in the 8th round. You've got to wonder how long that luck will hold.

    Default Bosch was a steal...

but for the wrong team. To bad we didnt have him here in Saskatoon. He killed the Blades in my opinion. Looks good for a small guy. Interesting to see how he does next year. Would 20+ goals be reasonable for him?

The scouting staff during the 2002 draft should be praised. 4 of our better players all with later picks. We kinda have to wait and see to figure out how the last couple drafts have worked out for us.

    20+ goals for bosch definitely.

Next year i would like to see Tyler Ennis, and bosch play together on a line, Early on, this last season they played really well when paired together. Their size might be an issue.....but who needs size when the other players cant catch them

I love it when Ennis is on the ice. He draws a ton of penalties when he is on the ice with his speed. If they do an obstruction crackdown next season the number of penalties he draws will increase dramatically.

How about the 03 draft as well? Macavoy and Weise turned into Sauer and Bendfeld and Glass have been really important and will be cornerstones of a very fine defence for years to come. Lowery is said to be pretty special as well.
