It is about some members taking advantage and creating huge image signatures. The theme of this board is to promote hockey conversation and not who creates the biggest or loudest signature image. Sorry

I'm sure this site is about fun; but it's not about paying ridiculious amounts of money for bandwidth just so people can post loud signatures.

i find the board more enjoyable when i am able to read more than scroll past huge siggies

Until there is a way to limit the size of external images reliably, I am going to keep the images in signatures disabled. I'm still looking into this issue and hopefully will have something in place soon that can be a good compromise for everybody. Besides, fun is what you make it.

Just in case some missed it in the announcements, you can now have one image in your signature again if you desire within limits set out in the rules section.
