Twas the week of the bus trip...

[Rebel Madness]

Twas the week of the bus trip
the Reb fans were all set
as they packed all thier gear
and headed out west...

rdreb's "Stepp" jersey was hung
by his suitcase with care
to show all the fans
they need not beware...

Madness was nested all
sung in his bed
while visions of this road trip
danced in his head...

And Shinyshoes with his drum
and Tiny in his cap
had just rolled out the keg
and opened the tap...

When out in the distance
there rose such a clatter
charlie sprung from his seat
to see what was the matter...

Away to the States
they flew like a flash
passed through the border
and replenished the stash...

The mood on the bus
hadn't started to slow
as they tapped thier last keg
with 2 more hours to go...

With a little ole' driver
so lively and quick
they thought for a moment
they were going to be sick...

In the land of the eagle
the Rebel fans came
as they whistled,and shouted
and called them by name...

Now Americans! now Winterhawks!
now T-birds and Tips
were following our boys
on this U.S road trip...

To the top of the stairs
I hope I don't fall
I must dash away!dash away!
and get to a stall.....
