GIANTS SIGN PROSPECTS FOR THE FUTURE

Vancouver Giants General Manager Scott Bonner has announced the hockey club has signed nine players to Western Hockey League contracts.

“As an organization, we’re very pleased to have these players commit to our club for the future,” says Bonner. “We are very happy with our recruiting efforts this year and feel all of these players have bright futures ahead of them, both on and off the ice, as they become members of the WHL.”

The players that have signed WHL contracts and plan on playing for the Giants in the future are:

Is Lucic playing the enforcer role in Coquitlam? He wasn't when I watched him play in Delta.

Either way, you can't replace a guy like Kassian. You can try but it doesn't work often.

Another guy they signed was Brent Regner of the Fort Saskatchewan Midget AAA hockey theam. He's a 15 year old D-man who looks like he's 17. So calm and makes very few mistakes,good with the puck,good skater can make tight turns will look good with the giants in the future.
